Notes Client 6.0 Windows 2000


Open the configurations settings document and go to "Router/SMTP - Restrictions and Control - Delivery Controls" tab. I didn't see a change in notifications frequency once I changed the warning and error intervals to 5 minutes. How can I tell these settings are working? I thought the user would get delayed notifications by 5 minutes,but instead the user gets the error message as soon as she/he tries to save the document.
Could someone explain how these settings work?? Thanks!
